BLAST CHILLERS

The blast chiller can manage operating cycles from -40°C to +80°C, ensuring ideal temperatures and ventilation for each function: you can cook, blast chill or freeze, and then regenerate only when you need it. In this way, the foods retain their organoleptic properties and nutritional value.

The refrigerated bases are suitable to support different cooking units, create a versatile and personalized kitchen, and allow a better preservation of the ingredients and foods that must be constantly at hand. The stainless steel walls have an insulation thickness of 60 mm.

PREPARATION COUNTERS
 

We offer special counters designed to prepare specific foods, including pizzas, salads, sandwiches, etc. We also offer the possibility of configuring tables tailored to the needs of each client, combining optional elements with our special tables.
