DIRECT INJECTION STEAM OVENS 10 GN 1/1
The convection and steam ovens equipped with a high-power fan are the best solution for the various cooking methods to be used in the kitchen, such as grilling, browning, roasting, steam cooking and regeneration and holding cycles. The direct injection ovens are equipped with an automatic steamer which releases steam directly into the chamber; the special injectors spray particles of water directly into the heating elements in the cooking chamber; the fan nebulizes water and distributes the steam uniformly in the cooking chamber.

The high-definition control panel uses a 5" Touch Screen that comes with the direct steam injection models. A one-of-a-kind tool that provides for the maximum precision of cooking, washing and control processes.
DOUBLE GLASS INSULATED DOOR
The high-quality insulation of the chamber and the adoption of low-emissivity glass reduce heat loss to a minimum. Fully rounded cooking chamber insulated with a 3 cm layer of Rockwool.
ADVANCED INTERNAL WASHING SYSTEM
The rotating nozzle allows one to raise the impacting force of the water on the washed surface, thanks to the spiral and rotary movement of the spray. In this way, the water comes out, forming a rotating conical jet, and the drops are distributed only on the external surface, improving the cleaning effect and saving water. Combined with the "pulsed" rinse system, the system provides for reducing of the water use by half compared to the traditional washing system and results in an abatement of costs.
